This is the Deadwater Moor trig point (569m) sitting on top of Deadwater Fell near Kielder.

It's a bit of a trek to get to, although all on well marked tracks. Park in Kielder Castle car park and there is a very easy track following an established mountain bike route. There are also several display boards showing the route.

Just under 6km and 400m of climbing, but you can head there on your bike if you don't fancy walking. Makes the descent a lot easier.
